Rapunzel and Tangled In Rapunzel , the witch, also known as Dame Gothel or Mother Gothel, has a garden full of the leafy green “rapunzel.” The unborn heroine’s pregnant mother desperately craves those greens, so her husband sneaks into the garden to steal some for her. Gothel catches him, but she agrees to let him go if he’ll give her his baby daughter to raise as her own. Out of fear he agrees, and when the baby is born, Gothel appears, names her Rapunzel and whisks her away. In Tangled, in place of the greens is a magic flower that restores youth and health, which Mother Gothel has been using for centuries to keep herself youthful and pretty.   The village was a peaceful and idyllic place, nestled amidst rolling green hills and surrounded by lush forests. The air was crisp and clean, carrying with it the scent of fresh grass and the sweet perfume of flowers that bloomed in the gardens and fields that dotted the countryside. The sky was a rich blue, and in the distance, fluffy white clouds drifted lazily, like cotton balls. As one entered the village, they would be greeted by the warm and friendly smiles of the locals, who gathered in small groups, chatting and laughing together. The sound of laughter and conversation filled the air, and for a moment, it was as if time had stood still. The quaint houses, made of wood and stone, looked as if they had been there for centuries. The thatched roofs, adorned with brightly colored flowers, blended effortlessly with the overall charm of the village. Small, winding alleys led from one house to another, lined with cobbled stones and overgrown with wildflowers and vines. The village wa

Cinderella  The 2015 live-action film, Cinderella, directed by Kenneth Branagh, is a magnificent retelling of the iconic fairy tale. Staying true to the classic story, the movie delivers an enchanting depiction of the fantasy world with a modern twist. Played by Lily James, Cinderella is a loving and kind-hearted orphan forced to live with her cruel stepfamily after her father passes away. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she meets the prince, played beautifully by Richard Madden, at a ball arranged by her fairy godmother, played by Helena Bonham Carter. The film's brilliant cinematography, colorful costumes, and set designs are noteworthy. The ballroom scene, in particular, is spellbinding with its opulence and grandeur; the camera captures the magic and the wonder of the moment, making it one of the most memorable scenes of the movie. James delivers an outstanding performance as Cinderella; her emotional range and sincerity in portraying the character are impressive. She portr

Malory Towers My favourite book is actually a collection: The Malory Towers books by Enid Blyton. It's all about Darrell Rivers, her sister Felicity Rivers and her friends, Sally Hope and Susan Blake. They go to a boarding school. In the first six books Alicia, Darrell's friend, does a lot of funny tricks but in the second six books June and Freddie do all the tricks at Malory Towers. My favourite trick was one June played on one of the French mistresses, where she had an empty pot of vanishing cream (which Amy had been using for her spots). She put the empty pot on Mademoiselle Rougier's desk and hid herself in the store cupboard, so that Mademoiselle Rougier would think that June had vanished. It was very funny. These books make me laugh and make me wonder what it would be like to go to a boarding school. They are my favourite. I really liked this book because it was really cool. When I read it I felt like I was watching it right on the spot. My favourite char
